If you are having trouble....

> The whole of the page won't show properly

Have you got the latest edition of Internet Explorer, or Firefox, or whatever other browser you are using?  You can update them.

Update Internet Explorer
Update Firefox
Update Safari

(You might like to try Google Chrome)

> If the size of the text is too big or too small

press "Cntrl" and then "0"
which will then show "normal" size of text for your browser

> To make the text larger or smaller, you click "View" (second line from the top, usually) and make a choice
